The return is the responsibility of the customer. In order to manage it as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to send us an email when you have managed the return with your transport agency with the following information.
– Order number
-Shipping data (sender’s name, full address, email, contact telephone number)
-Transport agency that returns the package
-Tracking number / delivery note provided by the transport agency

The only products that cannot be returned are personalized products, except for a manufacturing defect of the product.
You have 14 business days, from receipt of the merchandise, to return it. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us there that you want to return it. We will answer you right away.
How we refund the amount of your purchase:
If the payment was made by bank card, we will refund the amount when we receive the package at our offices. Normally within 48 hours from when we receive the package, the return is made. At no cost to you. You will be refunded the full amount of the garments you return.
If the payment was made with PayPal, the amount will be returned in the same way, through PayPal. At no cost to you.
To avoid having to make returns, we explain everything in the description of the items, as well as the size guides, and if you still have questions you can contact us in several ways.
In the event that a product is purchased at a reduced price and this price is higher during the return period, the amount of the price at which it was purchased will be refunded. If the product is purchased at a price higher than that of the product during the return, the amount that the product has at the time of return will be refunded.
