TO KNOW THE WHOLE VALUE CHAIN AT FIRST HAND, ESSENTIAL FOR OUR DEVELOPMENT.
It is very important for us to work with efficient products, with suppliers with a long track record and with those companies with whom we can work as partners. However, it is very difficult to find suppliers who meet our criteria, who do not require us to purchase at exorbitant minimums, which would result in an excessive amount of material, which differs from our production policy.
We are always on the lookout for suppliers to accompany the ones we already have or to improve processes we currently have in place in one way or another. HONEST AND TRANSPARENT.
These are our main suppliers.
European textile manufacturer and supplier of organic cotton fabrics with GOTS certification. Family business with more than 40 years of experience in the textile sector. With the fabrics supplied by this company, we make all our organic cotton garments in fleece (with fur inside). With ultra-sustainable premises, with solar panels that generate all the energy they consume and also supply 150 homes near their factory.
Spanish manufacturer and supplier of cotton fabrics, with 65 years of experience in the textile sector. With this fabric we manufacture all our cotton flat weave products. Its offices and logistics centre are located in Barcelona, in facilities of more than 7000 m2. They have numerous certificates
European manufacturer and supplier with more than 100 years of experience in the textile sector, which provides us with bamboo and cotton fabrics, and those we make with organic cotton without perch (the one that has no hair inside). Their talent support programmes are important, collaborating with fashion academies, providing students with the materials they need for their projects. They help designers who present their collections at various fashion fairs in their country. They work with big fashion brands and support small brands like ours, advising us on new fabrics and how to apply them. These are the certificates that the fabrics we use have.
The visible transfers that go on our garments are supplied by a Spanish company. They are the only suppliers of this type of transfer that is PVC-free and ISO 9001 certified. It is made of 100% polyurethane, but free of nitric groups (corrosive liquid used in laboratories as a reagent) and heavy metals. We are working with our supplier to replace this petroleum derivative with a more sustainable material that does not compromise the quality and resistance of our garments.
For the transfers that go on the inside of the garments (the ones on the inside back of the collar) and in contact with the skin, they are transfers made with water-based inks and 100% free of plastics and petroleum derivatives. They are supplied by a European company. They are of the highest quality. For the moment we only use them for this part of the garment, as they have a very limited chromatic variety, despite being more sustainable than the polyurethane ones. Their raw materials are certified
The labels on the outside of the garment and the composition labels with our brand logo are made by two Spanish suppliers. They are made of polyester, as we have found that they are more resistant and durable, together with a better image quality. They have been in the market for more than 50 years, working with major national and international fashion brands.
The kraft paper bags in which your garments arrive at home are made entirely in Spain. As they are made of kraft paper, they are 100% reusable, recyclable and biodegradable. Through their PEFC certification they promote the sustainable management of forests, and with their FSC certification, they are guaranteed to have been produced under sustainable practices.
